Self-Exclusion, Time-Outs and Account Controls

Customers may request self-exclusion or a time-out through the Iplin Support Team. A self-exclusion request will be actioned and the account closed within 24 hours. During exclusion, access to Iplin services is blocked until the exclusion period ends or unless a subsequent withdrawal and re-verification process is completed.

In addition to exclusion, customers may apply a temporary time-out for a defined period. During any exclusion or time-out, all wagering activity is prevented, and the customer will be unable to log in.

Limits and Responsible Gambling Tools

Customers can set and manage the following limits via their account: deposit limits, loss limits, and daily/weekly/monthly session limits. Changes to these limits follow the rules below:

  • Increases to limits or removal of an exclusion take effect after seven days from the date of the request.
