Purpose and Scope

Iplin offers a Self-Exclusion program to assist players who wish to limit or suspend their access to the platform. This policy sets out the scope, the process for initiating exclusion, the available timeframes, the effects on account access, and the steps for restoration after the exclusion ends.

Definitions

Self-Exclusion is a formal action by a Player to suspend access to their Iplin account and related services for a defined period.

Exclusion Period is the timeframe during which access is restricted. Available options include 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and up to a maximum period of 5 years, as chosen by the Player. Periods exceeding 3 years may trigger special handling of funds upon termination of the account in accordance with applicable withdrawal policies.

Restoration is the reactivation of access after the expiry of the chosen Exclusion Period, subject to compliance checks and internal policies. There is no automatic restoration at the end of the period.

Request Procedure

To initiate Self-Exclusion, the Player must submit a written request using the contact channel designated by Iplin, from the email address registered to the Player’s Iplin profile. The request must specify: (i) the action requested (Self-Exclusion); (ii) the exact Exclusion Period; and (iii) identifying information necessary to verify the Player’s identity.

Exclusion Durations and Effects

  • During the Exclusion Period: the Player’s access to the Personal Account and all Iplin services is suspended. The Player will not receive advertising or promotional materials from Iplin during this period.
  • Financial activities: the Player’s ongoing withdrawal requests, if any, will be paused for the duration of the Exclusion Period; funds remain in the Personal Account subject to the platform’s withdrawal terms.

Termination and Restoration

Self-Exclusion can be terminated only after the expiry of the chosen Exclusion Period. Restorations require a written request submitted after the period ends; there is no automatic restoration. If the Exclusion Period exceeds three years, Iplin reserves the right to terminate the Player’s registration and to return funds on a separate withdrawal request, in accordance with applicable withdrawal policies and procedures.

Restoration Process

After the End Date, the Player may apply for restoration by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Iplin will process the request in accordance with internal verification procedures, and access will be restored only upon completion of those steps. There is no automatic reactivation at the end of the Exclusion Period.

Post-Exclusion Considerations

Following restoration, the Player may be subject to additional limitations or requirements, including enhanced verification measures and responsible gambling controls. The Player remains responsible for monitoring gambling behavior and seeking support if issues recur.

Privacy and Data Handling

Iplin will maintain Self-Exclusion records in the Player’s account in compliance with applicable privacy laws and the Iplin Privacy Policy. Personal data collected for Self-Exclusion will be used solely for implementing this service and for compliance purposes.
